Laura Cowell

Laura Cowell is a seasoned customer relations professional with extensive experience in the housing sector, currently serving as a Customer Relations Officer at Origin Housing since March 2023. Prior to this role, Laura held the same position at Estuary Housing Association for nearly twelve years, where additional responsibilities included serving as a Corporate Services Officer. Earlier career experiences include project-related roles at Renaissance Southend URC as a Project Assistant, Allies and Morrison as a Project Administrator, and a Design Assistant position at Plain English Design. Laura's foundational experience in architecture and project administration was gained at John Lyall Architects and SPEKVA A/S, where Laura worked as a Project Administrator and Sales Manager, respectively. Laura Cowell holds a Higher National Diploma in Interior Design from London Metropolitan University, completed in 1999.
