Leticia Ransom

Leticia Ransom, PHR, SHRM-CP, MBA, is an accomplished Human Resources Professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving at Origin Investments, Leticia manages essential HR functions including payroll, benefits, and recruitment. Previously at Valerio Dewalt Train, Leticia developed a customized onboarding process and human resources initiatives aligned with the company's strategic goals. As the Human Resources and Payroll Director at the DuSable Museum of African American History, Leticia conducted HR audits and leadership training. Leticia also held the role of Human Resources Director at Fay Servicing, LLC, and has contributed pro bono HR services with the Taproot Foundation. Leticia's career began as Associate Human Resources Director at Family Focus Inc., where comprehensive HR services were provided for a diverse workforce.
