Christine Kennedy serves as the People and Culture Manager at O&M, where the focus is on pioneering clean colour technology and sustainable haircare products. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Honest to Goodness, where Christine contributed to the growth of a certified organic food supplier, and People and Culture Manager at Redkite, overseeing HR policies and initiatives with a national scope. Christine's extensive HR experience also includes positions at AchieveGlobal Australia, the Royal Society of Medicine, and The Worx Studios, with a skill set encompassing recruitment, employee relations, and event coordination. Educational qualifications include a Certificate IV in Human Resources from TAFE and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from UNSW.
