Jason Faulconer

Jason Faulconer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jason'smost recent position is as the Head of Revenue Cloud Delivery at OSF Digital, where they have been since February 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Delivery at Original Shift, An OSF Company, from August 2022 to March 2023. Before joining OSF Digital, Jason worked at Simplus as a Delivery Director from March 2020 to June 2021, and as a Sr. Delivery Manager from March 2019 to March 2020.

Jason also has experience working at Salesforce, where they served as a Senior Principal Success Manager from April 2017 to February 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Accenture as a Senior Manager from April 2016 to April 2017. Before joining Accenture, Jason worked at Cloud Sherpas, where they held various positions including Senior Manager from August 2015 to April 2016, Manager from August 2014 to August 2015, and Senior Consultant from August 2013 to August 2014.

Earlier in their career, Jason worked at Bain Capital as a Salesforce.com Product Manager from July 2012 to August 2013, and as a Business Systems Analyst from January 2009 to July 2012. Jason also worked at Fidelity Investments in different roles, including Sr. Business Analyst from March 2004 to October 2006, Integrated Operations Analyst from June 2003 to March 2004, and Operations Team Specialist from August 2000 to June 2003. Prior to Fidelity Investments, Jason worked as a Sr. Business Analyst at Fidelity's institutional call center.

Jason Faulconer completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Administration and Management, General at Hartwick College from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, they obtained several certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Force.com Developer, and Salesforce Certified Administrator. Jason achieved these certifications between 2012 and 2017.
