Michael Shanley

Michael Shanley has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Michael began their career at ICDC College in 2012 as a Senior Course Development Specialist. From there, they moved on to Pepperdine University as an Adjunct Instructor for the Center for Communication & Business. In 2014, they took on the role of an Online Adjunct Instructor for New Media & Technology at Southern New Hampshire University.

In 2012, Michael joined Mount Saint Mary's University as an Information Technology Project Manager, where they worked until 2017. During this time, they also served as a Project Manager for TargetX, specializing in Client Services and Product Development.

From 2018 to 2020, Michael worked at Sierra-Cedar as a Senior Project Manager for the Salesforce Practice. Following that, they held the position of Delivery Lead for the Salesforce Business Group at Accenture, where they worked from 2020 to 2021.

In 2021, Michael joined Original Shift as a Project Manager, focusing on Quote-to-Cash excellence and the implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud. Currently, they are working as a Project Manager at OSF Digital, a leading digital transformation company.

Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated expertise in project management, business transformation, and Salesforce solutions.

Michael Shanley earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from UC Santa Barbara, where they studied from 1999 to 2001. Michael later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Communication Studies at California State University, Northridge, where they attended from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their academic qualifications, Michael has obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) credential from the Scrum Alliance in December 2022. Michael also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, although the exact month and year of completion are not specified.
