Nick Newbury

Nick Newbury has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nick is currently serving as an Advisor to the Board at Original Travel, where they provide expert insight and strategic support. Prior to this, Nick was the Founder and CEO of Original Travel for 18 years, leading the company's growth and strategic direction. Nick also holds the position of Non-Executive Chairman at Sharky and George, a creative events company specializing in immersive experiences. Additionally, Nick is the Director of Norfolk Superhero, a charity quadrathlon event. Nick serves as a Strategic Advisor at The Slow Cyclist and an Advisory Board Member at what3words, a location-based technology company. Furthermore, Nick has experience as a Non-Executive Director at Found Tech, an innovative lost property management start-up. Nick has also served as a Board Director at Fondation Insolite Batisseur Philippe Romero, a charitable foundation supporting humanitarian projects. Finally, Nick has previous experience with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, ING Barings, and Procter & Gamble, where they held various roles in corporate finance and analysis.

Nick Newbury attended Radley College from 1986 to 1991. Nick then completed their BA Hons degree in Languages and Economics at Durham University from 1992 to 1995.
