Judy Kaye

Judy Kaye, JD, currently serves as a Senior Advisor at Origins Consulting Group and has been the President of Judith Kaye Training & Consulting since January 1993, specializing in diversity and inclusion, cultural competence, effective communication, and workplace discrimination and harassment prevention. Kaye holds extensive experience as Co-Chair of J Street Rhode Island from 2005 to 2018, and has worked as a Diversity/EEO Coordinator at Lifespan, where responsibilities included EEO and affirmative action implementation. Additional roles include Diversity Specialist at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, Associate at Jane C. Edmonds & Associates, Inc., and Staff Attorney positions at Rhode Island Legal Services and Legal Services Corporation of Central Massachusetts. Judy Kaye earned a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a BA magna cum laude from Brown University in Religion and Spanish.
