Ella Hart

Ella Hart is a research professional with experience in various roles related to evaluation, research, and policy analysis. Currently serving as a Research Assistant at ORIMA Research since February 2023, Ella previously held a similar position at Urbis, where projects focused on complex place-based program evaluations and strategic literature reviews for both government and non-government clients. Ella's early career includes a Policy Research Internship at the Centre for Excellence in Child & Family Welfare, where research involved the Child Information Sharing Scheme and the Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management Framework. Ella also participated in a two-week university exchange program with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, enhancing cultural awareness and conflict resolution skills. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Policy from Monash University and a Bachelor of Arts with double majors in Politics and International Relations and Social Justice from The University of Notre Dame Australia.
