Lori Piracci is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Oriol Health Care since March 2021, Lori previously held positions including HR Manager and HR Manager/Assistant Administrator at Home Instead, where responsibilities included evaluating applicant qualifications and conducting prescreening interviews. Lori's experience also encompasses roles as an Insurance Agent at Holzhauer Agency - American Income Life, Private Label Merchandiser at Macy's, and HR Business Partner at MorseLife Health System, Inc., where leadership training was co-developed. Lori's career in human resources began at UMass Memorial Medical Center and has been supported by a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Oklahoma, along with a certificate in Human Resources Management from George Mason University.

Over 50 years, the Oriol Family and staff have provided a high standard of quality care established by Eugene L. Oriol, the founder and first administrator of Holden Nursing Home, in 1965. We pride ourselves on staying consistent with Mr. Oriol's vision for providing health care that is comfortable and dignified for our residents and rewarding for professional and dedicated employees. Oriol Health Care has grown to include Holden Rehabilitation & Nursing Center (established as Holden Nursing Home in 1965) and Oakdale Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center (established 1985). Oriol Health Care recently completed a $16 million renovation and addition project at Holden Rehab, which is now home to the former Wachusett Extended Care Facility.
