Thijs Peeters

Thijs Peeters is a seasoned corporate strategy professional currently serving as the Corporate Strategy Lead at Oriole since August 2025. Previously, Thijs held the position of Product Business Manager at EFFECT Photonics from November 2020 to November 2025 and was a Senior Strategy Consultant in the President's Office at Canon Production Printing from July 2017 to November 2020, where responsibilities included engaging with executive board members on M&A, long-term strategy, restructuring, and business development. Academic experience includes serving as an Assistant Professor at Eindhoven University of Technology from September 2012 to July 2017, complemented by a role as a Visiting Scholar at Copenhagen Business School in early 2016, with research focused on R&D outsourcing performance. Thijs holds a Ph.D. in Business from Tilburg University, where also conducted prior research as a Research Assistant and Ph.D. candidate.
