Robert Huggins

Robert Huggins serves as the CEO for Orion Companies, where he is responsible for strategy, operations, human resources as well as all aspects of real estate development and redevelopment projects. Mr. Huggins has over 30 years of operations, real estate investment, land entitlement and ground up development experience. While working for several homebuilders, including Brookfield Homes and Signature Properties, Mr. Huggins oversaw the acquisition and/or development of more than 10,000 single family and multifamily housing units across the United States.

While at the Talisker Corporation, Mr. Huggins assisted with the acquisition of the Canyons Village in Park City, the 4th largest ski resort in North America. As part of this project, Mr. Huggins advised on land planning for $1 billion of real estate and the optimum use for approximately 300,000 square feet of hospitality/commercial space.

Mr. Huggins also served as an Executive Vice President at Encore Capital Management, a real estate private equity fund.

Mr. Huggins holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Fort Lewis College.
