Ryan Kelley

Ryan Kelley is a Vice President and Investment Strategist, responsible for originating, evaluating, structuring, executing, and monitoring of investments. He works with Orion’s Head of Risk and Investment Strategists on developing enhanced deal structures, portfolio risk optimization approaches, and hedging activities. Ryan is based in the New York City office.

Prior to joining Orion Energy, Ryan worked as an Investment Banking Quantitative Strategist at both Goldman Sachs and Moelis & Company, using quantitative methods to advise clients on corporate finance topics including optimal capital structure, capital return, and valuation.

Ryan served for six years as a Submarine Officer in the US Navy. Ryan holds a Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Florida.
