Dan F. Smith

Dan F. Smith is currently the Director at Orion Engineered Carbons. Dan has previously served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Axip Energy Services, LP from May 2010 to August 2015. Prior to that, they were with Lyondell as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel from May 1990 to January 2008. Dan has also worked as the Corporate Counsel and Associate General Counsel at Lyondell Chemical Company from May 1990 to May 2000. Dan started their career as an Associate at Mayor, Day & Caldwell from May 1986 to May 1990.

Dan F. Smith graduated from Georgetown University with a BSFS in International Business/Trade/Commerce. Dan then attended the University of Michigan Law School, where they earned their Juris Doctorate.
