Jeff Shelton

Jeff Shelton has over 20 years of experience in supply chain management. Jeff started their career as a Plant Manager at Engineered Carbons. Later, they worked as a Director of Supply Chain at Degussa Engineered Carbons, where they developed supply chain strategies and managed various functions including S&OP, demand planning, and inventory. After that, they joined Evonik as the Director of Supply & Demand Management, leading global supply chain strategies and teams. Jeff then moved to Orion Engineered Carbons, where they held multiple roles including Vice President of Demand Management, Vice President of Global Energy Management/Business Process Owner, and Vice President of Supply Chain, Americas. In these roles, they managed supply chain teams, developed business strategies, and oversaw inventory management and procurement. Throughout their career, Jeff Shelton has demonstrated expertise in supply chain optimization, risk management, and enhancing customer service.

Jeff Shelton, CSCP holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering at Clemson University, graduating from 1980 to 1984. In 2015, they obtained the certification of CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) from APICS.
