Jonathan Ellis

Jonathan Ellis has over 20 years of experience in various financial roles. Jonathan started their career at Deloitte & Touche as an Audit Senior Manager, where they supervised multiple engagement teams and managed external audits for both public and private companies. Jonathan then worked at McConnell Jones Lanier & Murphy LLP as an Audit Partner, gaining expertise in nonprofit accounting and compliance audits for nonprofit organizations.

After that, Jonathan joined Deloitte & Touche LLP as a National Office Consulting Finance Manager, focusing on financial reporting and analysis for the Consulting group businesses. Jonathan later moved to EY as an Assurance Senior Manager, where they managed multiple engagement teams and provided guidance on technical accounting and reporting matters.

Jonathan then joined McKesson Specialty Health as a Senior Accounting Manager/Controller, leading financial close processes for a network of physician practices in the healthcare industry. In their most recent role, they worked at Orion Engineered Carbons as a Director, first in Internal Audit and later in SEC Reporting. In these roles, they led internal audit risk assessments, prepared SEC filings, and ensured compliance with regulations.

Throughout their career, Jonathan has demonstrated their expertise in financial reporting, analysis, and internal controls.

Jonathan Ellis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Regis University. Jonathan also holds certifications as a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and Colorado, granted by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
