Robert Hrivnak

Robert Hrivnak has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Robert has served as a Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Interim Chief Financial Officer at Orion S.A., where they were responsible for financial management, accounting, controls, SEC reporting, tax, internal audit, treasury, and investor relations. Prior to that, Robert held the position of Senior Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer at Clearwater Paper Corporation, leading a team of 100 staff and overseeing investor relations, FP&A, treasury, tax, controllership, internal audit, and procurement. Robert also served as the Chief Accounting Executive - Vice President and Corporate Controller at Itron, leading a global team and overseeing controllership, SEC and regulatory reporting, shared services, SOX 404, and financial systems. Additionally, Robert held roles as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Tax Officer at Education Management Corporation (EMC) and Executive Director, Assistant Corporate Controller at Fluor Corporation. Robert began their career at Tyco International, where they served as Sr. Director of External Reporting: Global Consolidations, leading a team and facilitating the world-wide financial close process. Robert is experienced in refinancing, resolving SEC investigations, business transformation projects, working capital management, and implementing global consolidation systems.

Robert Hrivnak holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Robert has also completed the Succeeding as a Strategic CFO program at Harvard Business School Executive Education and the Executive Development Program at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Robert obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Additionally, they have completed various executive education programs at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School, University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and The Wharton School. Robert Hrivnak also holds professional certifications including Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
