Kalle Tomingas

Kalle Tomingas has extensive work experience in the field of data science and research. Kalle started their career at Swedbank as a Manager and Data Warehouse Architect, where they worked from 1999 to 2005. Kalle then joined Mindworks Industries as a Data Scientist and Consultant, remaining with the company until 2017. During this time, they also worked as a Senior Researcher at the ELIKO Competence Centre in Electronics-, Info- and Communication Technologies from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they became the Chief Data Scientist at Orion Governance. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Data Scientist and Machine Learning expert at the Know-Center in Graz University of Technology in 2012.

Kalle Tomingas obtained a PhD in Computer Science with a specialization in Semantic Technologies and Data Lineage from TalTech - Tallinn University of Technology. Kalle completed their PhD studies from 2008 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Informatics from the same institution, although the specific start and end years for this degree are not provided.
