Gavin Beaton

Gavin Beaton started their work experience in 2000 as a Business Development Manager at Diageo. In 2003, they became a Sales Account Manager at Matthew Clark. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at Orion Group as a Resourcing Manager and later as a Group Recruitment Manager. In 2010, Gavin joined OBM People as a Recruitment Manager and eventually became a Director and then the Managing Director. Currently, they are the Group Recruitment Director at Orion Group, responsible for managing placements and overseeing the company's worldwide network of offices.

Gavin Beaton attended Millburn Academy from 1990 to 1996, where they did not earn a degree or study a specific field. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Stirling from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Business. Later, in 2007, Gavin pursued a Certificate in Recruitment Practice from the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, with no specified end year.
