Rory Black

Rory Black has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Marketing Consultant at RCBM (Glasgow) until 2003. Rory then joined Michael Page International as a Consultant, Manager of Marketing - Scotland, and Manager of Sales & Marketing - Scotland, holding various positions from 2003 to 2009. In 2009, they joined Global Resources Engineering as a Business Development Manager and later became a Business Manager. In 2014, they became a Business Development Manager at Inverness Airport Business Park [IABP] until 2020. Rory also worked as a Consultant at RCBM from 2014 to 2022. From 2018 to 2022, they served as a Business Development Manager at Dynam. From 2021 to 2022, they were a Marketing Manager at McGowan Environmental Engineering. Currently, Rory is the Group Sales & Marketing Director at Orion Group.

Rory Black attended Inverness Royal Academy from 1991 to 1997. During this period, they pursued various subjects without obtaining a specific degree. Subsequently, from 1997 to 2001, Rory attended the University of Strathclyde, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Marketing.
