Dharaa Oza is a Senior People Business Partner APAC at Orion Health since March 2021. Prior to this, Dharaa worked as a Senior People & Capability Advisor at Invenco Group Limited from July 2016 to July 2020, and as a Manager Human Resources at Crompton Greaves from June 2012 to September 2015. With an MBA in HR from Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute of Management Studies, Dharaa has a wide range of experience in HR roles across different industries and companies like Glenmark Pharmaceuticals and Trent Ltd. Dharaa also worked as an HR Consultant at AAVID Consulting Processes Pvt Ltd, showcasing expertise in delivering client engagements and projects. Throughout their career, Dharaa has been instrumental in talent management, recruitment, and implementing HR initiatives in various organizations.
