Louis Braddock

Louis Braddock has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Louis started their career as a Graduate Test Engineer at Orion Health in January 2011, where they gained exposure to software products and performance testing. Louis then transitioned to the role of a Test Engineer, working on product suite development and handling integration testing environments.

Louis moved on to become a Technical Consultant at Orion Health, contributing to various projects. Louis later became an Implementation Consultant, specializing in Australian projects, and worked remotely from a technical consulting team. During this time, they took on responsibilities such as solution deployment, configuration development, and implementation analysis.

Subsequently, Louis took up the role of an Implementation Consultant focusing on Orion Health's medication terminology product. Louis played a crucial role in its design and prototype development, which formed the basis for the current GDM product. Louis also took on technical pre-sales responsibilities.

Louis continued to excel in their career at Orion Health by becoming a Senior Implementation Consultant. Louis managed the implementation of a solution spanning multiple district health boards, introducing the company's continuous delivery platform. Louis was responsible for scoping solution development, resolving product gaps, and providing specialist integration expertise.

Promoted to the position of Product Specialist, Louis joined the senior leadership team at Orion Health, directing seven development teams. In this role, they supported the strategic adoption of the product portfolio in several countries, including France, UK, Ireland, Italy, and UAE. Their responsibilities included pre-sales support, services delivery support, stakeholder management, project and sales pipeline reporting, and problem-solving.

Currently, Louis holds the position of Lead Product Specialist at Orion Health. In this role, they lead the end-to-end delivery of the Workflow software, serving as the global project and sales point of contact. Louis is responsible for efficiently bringing the software to market and ensuring smooth project execution.

Before joining Orion Health, Louis volunteered at Lifetime Health Diary.com from November 2009 to May 2010.
