Shana Horonetz

Shana Horonetz has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Shana most recently served as the President & Chief Operating Officer at Orion Indemnity since June 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Metromile as the Sr. Director, Insurance Product from April 2019 to May 2020. Shana also held various roles at Mercury Insurance, including Director of Product Management, Senior Product Manager, Process Management, Senior Product Manager, Direct to Consumer, and Product Manager, Southeast Region. Before joining Mercury Insurance, Shana worked at Bristol West Insurance Group as an Assistant Product Manager and at Progressive Insurance as an Analyst. In their roles, they demonstrated expertise in product management, strategy development, profitability analysis, and stakeholder coordination.

Shana Horonetz has a Master of Business Administration - MBA, with a field of study in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies, from The University of Akron. Shana also holds a Bachelor of Science - BS, with a field of study in Applied Mathematics, from The University of Akron.
