Kate Ponomarenko

Kate Ponomarenko is a seasoned UX/UI designer with extensive experience in optimizing digital financial tools and creating user-centric designs. Currently serving as a Senior UX/UI Designer at Orion Innovation for KPMG, Kate leads multidisciplinary teams, facilitating design sprints and usability testing. Previously, Kate held senior designer roles at Ernst & Young, where performance of heuristic evaluations and rapid prototyping was conducted, and at BlueMatrix, designing intuitive interfaces for investment research tools. With a solid background in UX strategy and project management across several organizations, including Upwork and Hobbot, Kate possesses a strong foundation in user feedback analysis, design system maintenance, and collaborative project development. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Organization Management and Financial Management from the National Research University of Electronic Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Moscow State University of Psychology and Education.
