Charlotte Mursell

Charlotte Mursell has extensive experience in the publishing industry, currently serving as Deputy Publisher, Publishing Director, and Editorial Director at Orion Publishing Group since January 2020. Previously, Charlotte held positions as Senior Commissioning Editor and Commissioning Editor at HarperCollins Publishers from October 2018 to December 2019, and as Editor and Assistant Editor at HQ, HarperCollins Publishers from May 2016 to September 2018. Earlier roles include Publishing Assistant at Harlequin (UK) Ltd, Assistant Editor and Editorial Assistant at Harlequin Mills & Boon, and various editorial internships at Stacey Publishing, Bloomsbury Publishing, and Hodder & Stoughton. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Durham University and completed the International Baccalaureate at Sevenoaks School.
