Nicole Heger

Nicole Heger, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Recruiter and HR Manager at Orion Solutions Group since 2014. Prior to this role, Nicole held the position of HR Lead at EMAG L.L.C. from 2012 to 2013, focusing on employee relations, recruiting, employee engagement, performance management, and payroll processing. Nicole's career in HR began at Comcast Spotlight, where from 2003 to 2011, responsibilities included employee development, performance management training, coaching, onboarding strategy, and recruiting. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development from Oakland University and possesses both PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
