Zach Russell

Zachary Russell currently serves as Senior Manager at Orion Strategies since October 2022. Previously, Zachary held multiple positions at the Ohio State Dental Board from July 2016 to October 2022, including Interim Executive Director and Deputy Director-Chief of Staff, where responsibilities encompassed legislative and communications issues, budget creation, assisting with enforcement programs, and media relations. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Director for New Day for America, focusing on grassroots organization efforts in various states for the presidential campaign of Governor John Kasich, and a Youth Counselor at Becket Family of Services, delivering therapeutic interventions for youth. Zachary began a career in lobbying as an intern at Demers and Blaisdell Inc. after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice from the University of New Hampshire in 2015.
