Doug Bell

Doug Bell has extensive experience in military recruitment, currently serving as the Base Development Recruiting Manager at Orion Talent since November 2005. In this role, Doug manages recruiting efforts on national and international military installations, assisting servicemembers in their transition to civilian careers. Prior to this, Doug held the position of Military Technical Recruiter at Orion Talent, which specializes in military recruitment. Doug's military background includes serving as First Sergeant for A TRP 7/10 Cav 4th Infantry Division from July 2003 to November 2005, and as Scout Platoon Sergeant for HHC 1/66 AR 4th Infantry Division from January 2001 to July 2003, where responsibilities included the welfare and readiness of a reconnaissance platoon deployed in Iraq. Doug completed Advanced Leadership and Development (ANCOC) at Ft. Knox, KY in 1999.
