Gino Marchetti

Gino Marchetti has had a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Safety Officer on the Admiral's Staff at COMNAVSURFPAC from October 2003 to May 2005. Gino then moved on to Orion International, where they worked as a Sales Account Executive from April 2005 to December 2011, generating significant revenue through Military Talent Programs and other services. Gino joined Orion Talent in January 2012, initially serving as a Strategic Account Manager, responsible for creating enterprise-wide Military Talent Programs and Veteran initiatives for Fortune 500 companies. In December 2014, they transitioned to the role of Director of Strategic Programs, focused on consulting with companies on their Veteran Human Capital Strategy and designing and implementing Military Talent Programs. In September 2015, Gino was promoted to VP of Sales - Western Division, overseeing sales and operations in several states, primarily focusing on business development and client delivery. Most recently, in October 2022, Gino assumed the position of Vice President, RPO Business Development.

Gino Marchetti completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Economics from the United States Naval Academy from 1996 to 2000. Gino then pursued an MBA in Marketing & Finance from the USC Marshall School of Business from 2010 to 2012.
