Natalie Denton

Natalie Denton has extensive work experience in recruitment operations. Natalie started their career as a Recruitment Operations Administrator at Orion Talent in August 2014 and worked in this role until May 2017. Natalie then advanced to become a Recruitment Operations Team Lead from May 2017 to April 2018. Natalie further progressed within the company and served as a Recruitment Operations Manager from April 2018 to February 2021. Natalie then took on the role of a Senior Recruitment Operations Manager from February 2021 to March 2022. Currently, Natalie is employed as the Director of Recruitment Operations at Orion Talent, a position they assumed in March 2022.

Before joining Orion Talent, Natalie Denton worked as an Administrative Assistant at Entramed, Inc. from June 2007 to August 2013.
