Shanté Williams

Shanté Williams, MS, PHR has a strong background in human resources, with significant leadership experience in various organizations. Shanté currently holds the position of Sr. Vice President, People & Culture at Orion Talent, where they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the People operations, including onboarding, training, compensation analysis, and organizational planning. Prior to this role, Shanté served as the Vice President, People and Culture at Orion Talent, where they provided executive-level leadership and guidance to the organization's management team and HR operations. Before joining Orion Talent, Shanté held positions such as Vice President, Human Resources at the Greater Chicago Food Depository, and Director, Human Resources at Samuel, Son & Co. Shanté also has experience in strategic business partnerships and HR consultative support, having worked as the Director, Human Resources & HR Ops at BakerCorp (United Rentals Co.). Shanté's earlier experience includes roles at LBP Manufacturing/Terrace Paper, lia sophia, Ryder System Inc., and The Boeing Company. Overall, Shanté has a proven track record of driving comprehensive human capital strategies and implementing innovative programs to support organizational objectives.

Shanté Williams, MS, PHR has a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology/OD from Benedictine University. Shanté also holds a BA in English and Psychology from the University of Southern California. Their high school education was completed at Lakeside High School in Seattle, WA. Additionally, they obtained a Global Human Resources Certification from DePaul University.
