Timothy Sweeney

Timothy Sweeney has a diverse work experience. Timothy worked at Orion Talent from 2004 to the present, starting as a Senior Account Executive and Partner. In this role, they discovered job opportunities for military veterans and managed a nationwide portfolio of client accounts. Timothy then became a Strategic Accounts Manager and Partner, where they assisted companies in developing talent acquisition strategies centered around hiring military veterans. Timothy was later promoted to Director, Strategic Programs and Senior Partner, responsible for managing strategic programs and partnerships. Currently, they serve as the VP of Business Development.

Prior to their work at Orion Talent, Timothy served in the United States Navy. From 2002 to 2004, they served as the Navigator on the USS Tarawa and also held the position of Legal Officer. Additionally, they attended the United States Naval Academy from 1998 to 2002 as a student.

Timothy Sweeney earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy, where they studied from 1998 to 2002.
