Marko Živanović

Marko Živanović is an experienced IT professional specializing in hosting service maintenance and technical support. Currently serving as a Hosting Service Maintenance Engineer at Orion telekom doo since March 2023, Marko focuses on maintaining hosting services, configuring virtual servers, and addressing complex client requests, particularly using Plesk and cPanel platforms. Previous experience includes roles at SBB Serbia BroadBand from April 2018 to March 2023, where Marko advanced from a Technical Support Specialist L2 to an Advanced Technical Support Specialist L3, providing comprehensive support for internet and video services as well as web hosting and domain management. Earlier in his career, Marko worked at ZTR Eurostil Dragan from July 2007 to January 2014 as a Support Worker, managing material procurement for furniture production. Marko holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Belgrade, and a degree as a Mechanical Technician for Computer Construction from Technical School "Petar Drapšin".
