Jim Pasqualoni

Jim Pasqualoni currently serves as Senior Director of Operations and Product at Orion Pharma since September 2025. Previously, Jim held the position of Senior Director of Product Management at FIS from August 2017 to September 2025, overseeing the product development roadmap within the Loanet suite of securities finance solutions. Prior experience includes roles at SunGard (now part of FIS) as an Account Executive/Client Services Manager and Business Analyst, and at Goldman Sachs Agency Lending, where Jim progressed through various positions including Vice President of Operations. Early career experiences included operations analyst roles at State Street Bank. Jim holds a BA in International Affairs/Business Administration from Stonehill College and studied International Business at the American University of Paris.
