Katja Nyman

Katja Nyman's work experience includes various roles at different companies. Katja is currently the Head of IM Quality at Orion Corporation since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Bayer from 2012 to 2022, holding positions such as Production Master Data & Systems Manager and Senior IT Project Manager. At Bayer, they were responsible for managing teams and optimizing production processes in various information systems. Before joining Bayer, they worked at Nokia in roles such as Process Developer and SAP Application Specialist. Katja also has experience working as an e-Support Assistant at Nokia and as an IT specialist at Turku School of Economics.

Katja Nyman obtained their Master's Degree in Information System Science with minors in Marketing and business law from the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku. This educational achievement took place from 1999 to 2003. In 2016, they pursued studies in Business Administration and Management, General, at the same institution, but the degree obtained during this period is unknown. Katja later attended the Turku University of Applied Sciences in 2018 and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Project Management. Alongside their formal education, Nyman obtained additional certifications such as the Business Technology Green Card from the Business Technology Forum, which was acquired in November 2022. Katja also received the IPMA-C certification from the Projektiyhdistys PRY, Project Management Association Finland, in June 2019, and the IPMA-D certification in November 2017 from the same institution.
