Meghann Jeffrey is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an OrionCore Member at Orion3 since November 2021, Meghann has also held the role of VP of Human Resources at Neon One from April 2022 to October 2024. Prior to this, Meghann was at AscensionPoint Recovery Services as both VP of Human Resources and Staff Development and Director of Human Resources from June 2011 to April 2022. Additional experience includes positions as Human Resources Generalist at Liberty Diversified International and Deephaven Capital Management, and Manager of Strategic Development/Partner at LifeCare Pharmacy LLC. Meghann holds a BFA in Visual Communications from the College of Visual Arts.

Orion3 (Pronounced "O - Ryan 3" --- named after the 3 stars of Orion's Belt) is being built with a Purpose to... "Create Conscious Serendipity" The phrase "Creating Conscious Serendipity" can be interpreted as intentionally creating situations where positive and unexpected events can occur, while being mindful and aware of the opportunities that arise. "Serendipity" refers to a fortunate or pleasant accident, while "conscious" implies being aware and intentional about the process. So, "Creating Conscious Serendipity" means, taking proactive steps to create circumstances that lead to unexpected positive outcomes, while being mindful and open to the possibilities that present themselves. Creating Conscious Serendipity can refer to intentionally creating a purposeful work environment that encourages creativity, experimentation, and innovation, where employees are free to explore new ideas and serendipitous discoveries can be made. Self-Awareness and personal development happen when cultivating an open/curious mindset, that allows for unexpected opportunities and positive outcomes to arise.
