Igor Soengas

Igor Soengas has a strong background in software engineering and architecture. Igor is currently working as a Principal Software Engineer at Orion Advisor Tech since June 2021. Prior to that, they held the same position at Aclara from May 2019 to June 2021. Igor also worked at Ibermatica as a Software Architect from November 2009 to May 2019. During this time, they were the Tech Lead on the RPS development team and played a key role in the architectural design of the REST backend for their ERP product. Before joining Ibermatica, Igor worked at Easytech as a Software Engineer for nearly a decade. Igor was responsible for the architecture design and development of their software product, which was widely used by industrial companies in Spain. Igor also contributed to the frontend development and participated in product deployments. Prior to Easytech, Igor worked as an ERP Consultant at Sisteplant and as a Junior Software Developer at Ceinsa, where they developed internal management software and gained experience in PL/SQL programming, Oracle Forms, and complex SQL procedures.

Igor Soengas obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Deusto, where they studied from 1991 to 1996. Igor also holds additional certifications as a Triplebyte Certified Generalist Software Engineer and a Professional Scrum Master, obtained in 2020 and 2019, respectively.
