Joseph Mastrogiovanni, MBA has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Joseph started their career at Global Liberty Insurance Company of NY as an Account Executive, where they were responsible for managing four lines of business, providing customer service, resolving complaints, and processing payments. In 2013, they transitioned to Orion as a Financial Data Analyst, where they focused on data reconciliation and analysis, ensuring data quality standards, and developing professional relationships. Over the years, Joseph progressed to more senior roles, including Senior Manager and Senior Director, overseeing data reconciliation teams and optimizing processes. In their most recent role as VP, they were responsible for the oversight of Orion's Data Reconciliation department, budgeting, capacity planning, and adherence to service level agreements. Throughout their career, Joseph has demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, attention to detail, problem-solving, effective communication, and leadership skills.

Joseph Mastrogiovanni earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management/Finance from Stony Brook University in 2011. Joseph later obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance from Baruch College in 2017.
