Selvendran Sivaprakasam

Selvendran Sivaprakasam serves as the Executive Director and Director of Operations at OrionTEK since January 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and managing four departments: Presales, Engineering, Commissioning, and Maintenance. Selvendran has led the Presales, Projects, and Maintenance departments, successfully managing over 100 clients, spearheading the Project Management Office (PMO) setup, and implementing operational processes. Previous experience includes roles as Engineering Lead at Schneider Electric, focusing on system integration using PSIM software, and Solution Delivery Analyst at Wipro Limited, where project planning and vendor selection were key responsibilities. Selvendran's educational background includes an MBA in International/Global Studies from SBS Swiss Business School and an MBA in Industrial Marketing from Indian School of Management Studies, along with leadership training from INSEAD.
