Rolando Garcia currently serves as the COO and VP of Operations at Oriux since February 2020. Prior to this role, Rolando held the position of Vice President of Operations at Signal Group from July 2008 to February 2020. Rolando's educational background includes a Master of Arts in International Economics from the University of Essex and a BA in Economics from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
