Alen Selimbegović

Alen Selimbegović has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Alen started their career as the New Technology Coordinator at PBZ American Express d.o.o in 2005. Alen then worked at PBZ Card as the Development Department Director and later as the CIO Deputy from 2006 to 2009. Alen joined Intesa Sanpaolo Card in 2009 as the Head of IT Operations Croatia and later became the IT Director and General Crisis Manager until 2013. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Combis d.o.o. as the Director of Application Development and Integration Division. Alen also served as an Adjunct Professor at Rochester Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2016. In 2014, they joined Sedam IT as the Head of Software Development Department. Alen then moved on to Paldesk as the Head of Internal Startup from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they held multiple roles as the Senior Consultant at Beelna, Sedam IT, and Cirtuo.

Alen Selimbegović completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Heriot-Watt University, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing at the University of Zagreb. Alen attended this program between 1990 and 1995. Earlier in their academic journey, Alen Selimbegović completed their secondary education at MIOC Secondary School from 1986 to 1990.
