Joshua Boulger has worked in a variety of roles over the past five years. In 2019, they began working at Orka Technology Group as a Commercial Strategy Manager, Enterprise Account Manager, Customer Success Operations Executive and Community Engagement Executive. Their role as a Customer Success Operations Executive allowed him to expand on their existing client relationships and use their skills in user growth to handle client requests nationwide. Joshua also used tools such as Facebook Ads, Excel, PowerPoint, Zapier, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Branch. In 2017, they worked for DRJ Crew as a Worker, where they developed communicational skills and time management skills. In 2015, they began working at Tesco as a Customer Assistant, where they gained team work and building relationships skills.

Joshua Boulger obtained a BSc in Sport Science with Management from Loughborough University between 2016 and 2019. Joshua has also obtained four additional certifications from LinkedIn in 2020, including Creating a Marketing Growth System, Managing and Analyzing Data in Excel (Office 365/Excel 2019), Marketing: Conversion Rate Optimization, and Working with Real-Time Data in Excel.
