Kaido Kaare

Kaido Kaare is currently serving as the CEO at Orkla Eesti AS since August 2010. Previously, Mr. Kaare has also held positions as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Orkla Latvija, Orkla Foods Latvija, and Orkla Foods Lietuva. Additionally, Kaido is a Member of the Executive Board at the Estonian Food Industry Association. Mr. Kaare holds an EMBA in Organizational Leadership from the Estonian Business School, along with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology. Kaido oversees confectionary, snacks, food, and drinkables operations with a team of 600 employees.
