Hjalmar Laudal Berge

Hjalmar Laudal Berge is an experienced investment professional with a robust background in strategy and business development within the finance sector. At Orkla ASA since August 2021, Hjalmar has held positions including Investment Professional, Strategy Manager, and VP of Business Development for Orkla Confectionery & Snacks. Prior to this, Hjalmar worked as a Management Consultant at Kearney and spent several years with Deloitte Norge as a Senior and Consultant in Strategy & Operations. Earlier roles include analyst and intern positions at Sparebanken Vest and a summer internship at Storebrand, focusing on sustainable savings for younger demographics. Hjalmar holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Bergen.
