Sophie Arildsson

Sophie Arildsson is the Director of Sustainable Sourcing at Orkla ASA since March 2013. Sophie oversees Orkla's global sustainable sourcing program, develops sustainability targets and strategies, supervises responsible sourcing programs, and supports category managers in setting up strategies. Sophie also worked as a Sustainable Sourcing Manager and Senior Category Analyst within the Orkla group. Prior to that, Sophie had an internship at Bene Agere and participated in an International Management Trainee program at De Lage Landen. Sophie holds a Master of Science degree in Business from Lund University School of Economics and Management.
