Jerry Ankomah

Jerry Ankomah is a seasoned geologist with extensive experience in the mining industry. Currently serving as a Senior Geologist at Orla Mining Ltd since August 2022, Jerry previously held a similar position at Gold Standard Ventures Corp. from June 2020 to August 2022. Prior to these roles, Jerry worked at Barrick Gold Corporation from 2006 to July 2015, where responsibilities included serving as Project Lead for precious and base metal evaluation at Ruby Hill in Eureka, Nevada, along with other senior geologist duties. Jerry Ankomah earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Geological/Geophysical Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi.
