Jessica West has a diverse work experience in the field of operations and facilities management. Jessica currently serves as the VP of Operations & Facilities at Orlando City SC, a role they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, Jessica held positions of increasing responsibility within the organization, including Director of Stadium Operations and Stadium Operations Manager. Jessica began their career at Orlando City SC as an Operations Intern and later served as a Gameday Operations Coordinator.

In addition to their work at Orlando City SC, Jessica has also worked as the National Championships Coordinator at American Youth Football from 2010 to 2019. Jessica was responsible for coordinating national championship events during this time.

Jessica's experience also includes a role as the Accreditation Manager at the Copa America 2016 Local Organizing Committee, where they ensured proper accreditation for the event.

Jessica has also worked in the field of athletics at UCF Athletics Association Inc., where they served as an Operations Assistant.

Prior to their work in operations and sports management, Jessica gained experience in communications and education. Jessica worked as a Communications Assistant at the University of Central Florida from 2011 to 2015 and also served as a Strategic Tutor/Graduate Assistant from 2013 to 2014.

Jessica has held various internships throughout their career, including a role as a Box Office Assistant at Osceola County Stadium-Houston Astros Spring Training and a Business Club Intern at the Orlando Predators.

Jessica began their career in the hospitality industry as a Team Leader/Barista at Three Pillars Café, UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management.

Earlier in their career, Jessica gained customer service experience as a Hostess at Chili's Bar and Grill.

Jessica West, CVP, obtained their education from the University of Central Florida. Jessica first pursued a Bachelor's of Science degree in Event Management from the University of Central Florida-Rosen School of Hospitality Management, graduating in 2012. Several years later, they returned to the same institution to acquire a Master's Degree in Sport Business Management, which they completed in 2015. In addition to their master's degree, Jessica also pursued an MBA from the University of Central Florida, which they obtained between 2013 and 2014.
