Jessica West has a diverse work experience in the field of operations and facilities management. Jessica currently serves as the VP of Operations & Facilities at Orlando City SC, a role they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, Jessica held positions of increasing responsibility within the organization, including Director of Stadium Operations and Stadium Operations Manager. Jessica began their career in the hospitality industry as a Team Leader/Barista at Three Pillars Café, UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management.

Earlier in their career, Jessica gained customer service experience as a Hostess at Chili's Bar and Grill.

Jessica West, CVP, obtained their education from the University of Central Florida. Jessica first pursued a Bachelor's of Science degree in Event Management from the University of Central Florida-Rosen School of Hospitality Management, graduating in 2012. Several years later, they returned to the same institution to acquire a Master's Degree in Sport Business Management, which they completed in 2015. In addition to their master's degree, Jessica also pursued an MBA from the University of Central Florida, which they obtained between 2013 and 2014.
