Melvin Ramen

Melvin Ramen is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in the credit union industry. Currently serving as the Chief Lending Officer at Orlando Credit Union since January 2025, Melvin oversees all lending operations, focusing on credit quality and compliance. Prior to this role, Melvin held various leadership positions at FAIRWINDS Credit Union, including Vice President of Consumer Lending, where management of a $683M lending portfolio was a key responsibility. Other notable roles included directing digital sales and service operations, branch services, and regional branch services, achieving significant growth in loan production, member acquisition, and asset management. Melvin holds an MBA in Finance from Webster University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mauritius.
