Jenny Cruz, SHRM-SCP, holds an H-L License and possesses extensive experience in human resources across various industries. Currently, Jenny serves as the Director of Employee Engagement, Performance Management & Culture Building at the Orlando Economic Partnership since July 2021. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at BTD, Regional Human Resource Manager at Jeld-Wen, and Human Resource Director at APC Work Force Solutions, among others. Jenny's expertise encompasses employee relations, performance management, compliance training, and multicultural recruitment, with a proven track record in aligning organizational cultures and executing strategic HR initiatives. Jenny earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Saint Leo University between 1998 and 2002.
