Annette Seabrook joined the organization in 2022 as vice president of Orlando Health and president of Orlando Health Advanced Rehabilitation Institute. She is responsible for the strategic development and operational performance of Orlando Health's inpatient rehabilitation institute.
Annette previously served as the Market CEO for LifePoint Health (formerly Kindred Healthcare), where she was responsible for the operations of two rehabilitation hospitals and the construction project of a third in the Indianapolis market. During her tenure at Community Rehabilitation Hospital North, they were named the top rehabilitation facility in Indiana by Newsweek and recognized by Uniform Data Systems for outcomes in the top 10% nationally for rehabilitation facilities. After beginning her career as a licensed physical therapist, Annette also held program director positions in rehabilitation and neurosciences at Franciscan Health where she facilitated their first accreditation by the Commission for Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
After receiving an undergraduate degree from Augustana College (Illinois), Annette earned her master’s degree in physical therapy at Hahnemann University in Philadelphia. She later earned a master’s in health administration at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. She helped found the Coalition for an Indiana Spinal Cord and Brain Injury Research Fund in 2007.
Annette is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives®. She served as the chair of the Indiana Hospital Association Rehabilitation Task Force and was active with the Indiana Healthcare Executive Network, Indiana Regent Advisory Council in Indiana for ACHE and National Spinal Cord Injury Association.
