Ashley Gayles

Ashley Gayles, MAcc, is an experienced finance executive currently serving as the AVP & Chief Financial Officer at Orlando Health since July 2024. Prior to this role, Ashley held several key positions at Tenet Healthcare, including Chief Financial Officer at St. Mary’s Medical Center & Palm Beach Children’s Hospital and Interim Chief Financial Officer at the same institutions. Ashley's career also includes a position as Assistant Chief Financial Officer at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital and various roles at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, where responsibilities ranged from Finance Manager to Corporate Accountant. Early experiences included an Analyst position at CBRE and a Senior Office Administrator role at Kemper. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University, complemented by coursework at Purdue University Northwest.
